Outdoor Group Training Sessions


At Body Fit Women's Fitness, we provide outdoor training sessions tailored to women over 40, with a strong focus on fat loss and overall fitness. Our diverse range of classes, including Strength & Conditioning, HIIT, Strength & Tone, Boxing, Kickboxing, and Circuit-based workouts, ensures there’s something for every fitness level. Each session is designed to boost strength, improve endurance, and tone your body while working around any injuries you may have.


With a personal approach, we customise our training to suit individual needs, making sure everyone, from beginners to advanced, feels empowered and supported in their fitness journey.

Fitness and Nutritional Challenges

At Body Fit Women's Fitness, we offer two powerful programs to help you stay on track with your fitness goals.

Our 6-Week Challenge is available to both members and non-members, runs four times a year. Combining fat-burning workouts with a proven nutritional plan, participants typically see amazing results, with an average weight loss of 3-6kg.

For those looking to kickstart their journey, we provide a 21-Day Kickstart Challenge. This program offers an exclusive platform designed to jumpstart your fitness and nutrition, giving you the best possible foundation for long-term success. We offer the 21-Day Kickstart Challenges all year round, starting every Monday, so you can begin when you're ready.

Accountability (coach and community support)

At Body Fit Women's Fitness, accountability is the cornerstone of our programming. Our expert coaches provide weekly check-ins with 24/7 support to keep you motivated and on track, ensuring you stay committed to your fitness goals and build long-lasting healthy habits. Beyond our coaching support, our tight-knit community fosters accountability through friendships, having fun and harmless competition. Together, we help you stay accountable and inspired to continue your fitness journey as a lifestyle

Fitness Assessments

At Body Fit Women's Fitness, we offer comprehensive fitness assessments every 12 weeks as part of our structured training program. These assessments help track your progress, measure improvements, and provide a clear benchmark for newcomers. Each fitness test consists of five key exercise assessments, which form the foundation of our programming, ensuring that your training is aligned with real, measurable results. Our regular 12-week assessments keep you motivated and focused on your goals, making progress an integral part of your fitness journey.

What level of fitness do you need to participate?

Our sessions are designed for all fitness levels, whether you’re a beginner or advanced. Our qualified trainers will modify exercises to suit your needs, ensuring you get the most out of each workout. We scale exercises to match your strength and fitness level, so whether you're a novice or experienced, you'll feel supported in every session.

What happens if there’s bad weather?

At all our locations, we have access to undercover areas to continue training if it rains. We rarely cancel sessions, but if we do, and you’ve booked in, we will contact you ahead of time

How many people are in a group?

We cap our group size at 20 participants, but most sessions have 8-12 people. This allows for a more personalised experience, ensuring each individual gets the attention they need.

What if I have an injury or health condition?

Before your first session, you’ll have a conversation with our head trainer to discuss your health and fitness background. Once we understand your condition, we can modify exercises to accommodate any injury or medical condition, provided you have clearance from your healthcare provider.

Do you have to be over 40 to participate?  

Not at all! While we specialise in training women over 40, we welcome participants of all ages. We have many women in their 20s and 30s who enjoy our sessions, as well.
